How do I connect WhatsApp to my dashboard?

Go to Settings and enter your WhatsApp Business API token and phone number ID. Make sure you have a WhatsApp Business account approved by Meta.

Why are some customer messages not being answered?

AI responses are limited to your product catalog knowledge. Complex questions may need human intervention. Check your inbox for "Needs Attention" messages.

How do I add new products?

Navigate to the Products section and click "Add Product". Fill in the product details, set pricing, and upload images for better AI recognition.

Can I customize the AI responses?

Currently, AI responses are based on your product catalog. Soon you'll be able to customize personality and response templates.
